"Missed and loved..."
|
 |
|
We all miss you, but we are consoled by memories of our time and the positive impact you had on every
life you touched. On this site, we'll share pictures and memories and do our best to keep the best part of you alive.
Rodney has been a big part of many peoples lives. He has a quiet spirit and loving soul. He is survived
by his four children; Tori (Victoria), Ally (Alexandria), Francesca, Noah and his fiancee Karen. Rodney was actively involved
in the Jaycees where he was the Chapter President.
Rodney braved a courageous battle with diabetes, all it's complications and a few surgeries.
In February 2005, Rodney underwent surgery to amputate his toes due to poor circulation. Shortly after, on March 18th he had
a procedure called a Trans-Tibial Procedure which meant a below the knee amputation. Due to complications he was admitted
to ICU April 17 and on April 29th God decided it was time for Rodney to go to heaven. Rodney will be greatly missed by all
that know and love him.
Donations in memory of Rodney in Trust for his children may be forwarded to:

Dante's Prayer
Loreena McKennitt
When the dark wood fell before me And all the paths were overgrown When the priests of pride say there is no other
way I tilled the sorrows of stone
I did not believe because I could not see Though you came to me in the night When
the dawn seemed forever lost You showed me your love in the light of the stars
Cast your eyes on the ocean Cast
your soul to the sea When the dark night seems endless Please remember me
Then the mountain rose before me By
the deep well of desire From the fountain of forgiveness Beyond the ice and the fire
Cast your eyes on the ocean Cast
your soul to the sea When the dark night seems endless Please remember me
Though we share this humble path, alone How
fragile is the heart Oh give these clay feet wings to fly To touch the face of the stars
Breathe life into this
feeble heart Lift this mortal veil of fear Take these crumbled hopes, etched with tears We'll rise above these earthly
cares
Cast your eyes on the ocean Cast your soul to the sea When the dark night seems endless Please remember
me...
